Abstract:
A system for controlling a construction machine comprises: a hydraulic pump; at least one control valve provided at a center bypass line connected to the hydraulic pump, and controlling the flow direction of hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump so as to selectively supply the oil to an actuator; a bypass control valve, provided at the lower side of the control valve on the center bypass line, for variably controlling the flow rate of the hydraulic oil discharged to a drain tank through the center bypass line; and a control unit for controlling the operations of the hydraulic pump and the bypass control valve according to an operation signal of an operator, and opening the bypass control valve when the pump peak is generated so as to reduce a pump peak.
