Description:
DESCRIPTION

SYSTEM FOR CREATING A SERVICE MODEL

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a system which enables companies to create configuration-related service models automatically and to store the created service models such that these are open to tracking up to their smallest components.

Background of the Invention

Today, corporate companies must store configurations contained within their structure (in-house) in databases, archives in an up-to-date way and complete a tracking process in order to realize the said configurations. However the studies in the current technique do not include a system which enables to create a database for keeping abstract and concrete configurations, and determining a service model automatically together with all its components and then storing it in this database.

Considering the studies in the current technique, it is understood that there is need for a system which enables companies to create configuration-related service models automatically and to store the created service models such that these are open to tracking up to their smallest components.

The Chinese patent document no. CN108205569, an application in the state of the art, discloses a new method for updating a configuration management database. According to an embodiment of the invention, the method and device for updating configuration management database (CMDB) can mine the large value of a network traffic system and it combines a network traffic system with a resource automation management. The developed CMDB model disclosed in the description adds IP (Internet Protocol) address of logic layer, MAC (Media Access Control) address of physical layer and high availability relationship of the device, and type of relationship is enhanced. Resource model of CMDB is enriched and external consumption services are provided to CMDB. The capability facilitates end-to-end analysis and monitoring of job, improves accuracy of job error analysis and positioning, and reduces the number of alarm levels.

Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables corporate companies to create service models related to their configurations and to track service model components of their users by storing these in a database.

Another objective of the present invention is to realize a system which enables to resolve problems occurring on applications, services and other components by detecting these on the said components.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“System for Creating a Service Model” realized to fulfil the objectives of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which:

Figure l is a schematic view of the inventive system.

The components illustrated in the figure are individually numbered, where the numbers refer to the following:

1. System

2. Model identification server

3. Database

4. Observation server The inventive system (1) for enabling companies to create configuration-related service models automatically and to store the created service models such that these are open to tracking up to their smallest components comprises: at least one model identification server (2) which is configured to determine components such as requirement, service, application services about product/service to be created within a corporate company; at least one database (3) which is configured to store all components determined by the model identification server (2), and the logical model and configuration created by these components; at least one observation server (4) which is configured to enable the related users to track the logical model and configuration stored on the database (3).

The model identification server (2) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to determine requirements for a product and/or service to be created within a corporate company by means of user login and/or automatically. The model identification server (2) is configured to detect the service provided by a company, in accordance with the requirement. The model identification server (2) is configured to prepare a logical model and save it to the database (3) if a service provided by a company is completed. The model identification server (2) is configured to determine job services; applications services; application service components; on which infrastructure device these components will run; components that must be provided by these infrastructure device to network systems; and in case of running depending on other components, the relationship structure with the said components, respectively, if the service provided by the company is not completed. The model identification server (2) is configured to create a service model in accordance with the parameters determined by itself.

The database (3) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to store a service model created by the model identification server (2), within itself. The observation server (4) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to enable users to be able to track the service model stored in the database (3) and all components creating the said model. In the inventive system (1), product/service requirements to be created and by which services this transaction will be carried out are determined at first by a model identification server (2) automatically and/or via inputs provided by a user. Then, job services required for service and on which application service these job services will run are determined. Application services are modelled up to their smallest part. It is determined on which infrastructure components the model parts will run and a service model is created by determining parameters of infrastructure devices. The service model created by the model identification server (2) is written into the database (3) and it is made open to tracking for the related users over the observation server (4).

Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive system (1); the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
