Abstract:
A system for designing a course-specific curriculum for corporate training, according to the present invention, comprises: a course-specific basic information storage unit for storing/managing basic information about each corporate training course; a design interface screen information storage unit for storing/managing pieces of design interface screen information for designing a corporate training course curriculum; an operation course registration information storage unit for storing/managing designed operation course registration information; an input unit for receiving an input of selection information of a person in charge of training; a memory unit for temporarily storing pieces of intermediate information generated during designing of the course-specific curriculum for corporate training; a display unit for displaying a design interface screen; and a control unit for designing the curriculum on the basis of a preset control algorithm and the selection information of the person in charge of training, and storing the design result in the operation course registration information storage unit, wherein the control unit controls the display unit so that an intuitive curriculum design interface screen is provided to people in charge of training on the basis of the pieces of information stored in the course-specific basic information storage unit and the design interface screen information storage unit, and a design interface screen differentiated according to a learning form of training content selected to be added to the curriculum is provided.
