Abstract:
Provided is a system for efficiently catalyzing an aliphatic dinitrile hydration reaction using a new nitrile hydratase. Provided is the brand-new use of nitrile hydratase from Rhodococcus erythropolis CCM2595 in the catalysis of aliphatic dinitrile. Particularly, the nitrile hydratase can selectively catalyze adiponitrile to generate 5-cyanovaleramide, with a high reaction rate and simple and mild reaction conditions, and same provides a method for the industrial production of 5-cyanovaleramide.
