Abstract:
The invention relates to a system for fixing and adjusting flushing of a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate (1 1), comprising a first plate (1 ), to be integrally coupled to the ground or plane on which said structure (10) rests, and a second plate (2), to be coupled above said first plate (1 ) and on which a structure (10) to be mounted is placed, said first plate (1) providing a plurality of vertical pins (3), at least partially threaded on the end opposite to the one coupling with said first plate (1), so as to couple on the same a nut (4) or bolt, and said second plate (2) providing a plurality of not threaded through holes (5), in positions corresponding to said plurality of vertical pins (3) provided on said first plate (1), and a plurality of threaded through holes (6), said system further providing a plurality of threaded grains (7), so as to be positioned between said first (1 ) and second (2) plates and to be adjustable outside said second plate (2). Claims:
CLAIMS

1. System for fixing and adjusting flushing of a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate, characterised in that it comprises a first plate, to be integrally coupled to the ground or plane on which said structure rests, and a second plate, to be coupled above said first plate and on which a structure to be mounted is placed, said first plate providing a plurality of vertical pins, at least partially threaded on the end opposite to the one coupling with said first plate, so as to couple on the same a nut or bolt, and said second plate providing a plurality of not threaded through holes, in positions corresponding to said plurality of vertical pins provided on said first plate, and a plurality of threaded through holes, said system further providing a plurality of threaded grains, so as to be positioned between said first and second plates and to be adjustable outside said second plate.

2. System according to claim 1 , characterised in that said plurality of vertical pins is fully threaded.

3. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that means for fixing the structure to be supported are provided on said second plate.

4. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that threaded grains have such a length sufficient to create a space between said first and second plate.

5. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that said threaded pins are fixedly or removably coupled with said first plate.

6. System according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that means are provided for alignment of said plates while placing the same.

7. Method for flush mounting and positioning of a support system for a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate, said method being characterised by providing the steps of:

- levelling, if necessary, the ground on which mounting must be carried out; - burying or otherwise coupling a first plate within said ground, said first plate providing a plurality of vertical pins projecting from the ground, threaded at least on their projecting end;

- coupling a second plate above said first plate, said second plate providing not threaded through holes corresponding to said plurality of vertical pins of said first plate, and of a plurality of threaded through holes;

- coupling by screwing threaded grains in said threaded holes of said second plate, so as to create a space between said first plate and said second plate, the lower face of said grains resting on said first plate;

- acting on the plurality of grains until obtaining a perfect flushing of the second plate;

- applying relevant nuts or bolts on said threaded ends of the vertical pins projecting from the not threaded holes of said second plate so as to fix the system.

Description:
SYSTEM FOR FIXING AND ADJUSTING FLUSHING OF A STRUCTURE MOUNTED ON A GROUND, PARTICULARLY HEADING OF A GATE, AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention relates to a system for fixing and adjusting flushing of a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate, and method thereof.

More specifically, the invention relates to system of the above kind permitting obtaining an optimum positioning of the structure regardless the specific condition.

The specification will be addressed in the following to the application of the system for positioning a gate column or upright, particularly a bayonet gate, but it is well evident that the above cannot be in any way used to unduly limit scope of the present invention, since said system can be applied to many other structures.

Generally speaking, it is well known to those skilled in the art that, when a structure must be provided on ground, such as a road, a courtyard, a sidewalk, ecc, many problems occur mainly due to ground conditions.

Necessity of ensuring optimum fixing and positioning conditions is strictly connected to the above, in order to have the device perfectly working.

Particularly, it is made reference to the needing occurring in many cases to obtain safe fixing on a plane surface, thus ensuring optimum operative conditions of the same device.

In case resting plane on which structure must be positioned is not perfectly leveled, as it often occurs, it is usually smoothed the resting surface by techniques providing digging, use of filling material, realization of resting planes or of suitable pavements, ecc.

However, in any case, situation occurring, even if improving the original one, has defects that can be detected by a level, defects that are not immediately deleterious, since they involve a minimum level defect, but that can bring to an early wearing of the mounted structure.

This is also due if structure for mounting and moving the gate, either a sliding gate or a bayonet gate, which is activated many times every day, and thus, if it does not work properly, can be damaged and thus quickly broken. In this context it is included the solution suggested according to the present invention, suggesting a system that can permit the support of a structure, such as gate operation column, permitting, on one side, an optimum support ensuring all the structural and functional technical features necessary for the specific use, and on the other side, possibility of flushing resting of the same structure even during its installation, without the need of intervening on the real resting plane.

These and other results are obtained according to the present invention by a system providing combination of two plates, one of which is "buried" within the plane or ground, and on the other one the structure to be fixed rests and is coupled, fixing occurring by fixing means, and adjustment between said two plates both permitting robust fixing each other and adjustment or leveling of the structure resting plane.

It is therefore specific object of the present invention a system for fixing and adjusting flushing of a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate, comprising a first plate, to be integrally coupled to the ground or plane on which said structure rests, and a second plate, to be coupled above said first plate and on which a structure to be mounted is placed, said first plate providing a plurality of vertical pins, at least partially threaded on the end opposite to the one coupling with said first plate, so as to couple on the same a nut or bolt, and said second plate providing a plurality of not threaded through holes, in positions corresponding to said plurality of vertical pins provided on said first plate, and a plurality of threaded through holes, said system further providing a plurality of threaded grains, so as to be positioned between said first and second plates and to be adjustable outside said second plate.

Particularly, according to the invention, said plurality of vertical pins is fully threaded.

Still according to the invention, means for fixing the structure to be supported are provided on said second plate.

Always according to the invention, said threaded grains have such a length sufficient to create a space between said first and second plate.

Further, according to the invention, said threaded pins are fixedly or removably coupled with said first plate.

Furthermore, according to the invention, means are provided for alignment of said plates while placing the same. The invention further relates to a method for flush mounting and positioning of a support system for a structure mounted on a ground, particularly heading of a gate, said method being characterized by providing the steps of:

- levelling, if necessary, the ground on which mounting must be carried out;

- burying or otherwise coupling a first plate within said ground, said first plate providing a plurality of vertical pins projecting from the ground, threaded at least on their projecting end;

- coupling a second plate above said first plate, said second plate providing not threaded through holes corresponding to said plurality of vertical pins of said first plate, and of a plurality of threaded through holes;

- coupling by screwing threaded grains in said threaded holes of said second plate, so as to create a space between said first plate and said second plate, the lower face of said grains resting on said first plate;

- acting on the plurality of grains until obtaining a perfect flushing of the second plate;

- applying relevant nuts or bolts on said threaded ends of the vertical pins projecting from the not threaded holes of said second plate so as to fix the system.

The present invention will be now described, for illustrative, but not limitative purposes, according to a preferred embodiment, making specific reference to the enclosed figures, wherein:

figure 1 is a plan view of a first plate of the system according to the invention;

figure 2 is a perspective view of plate of figure 1 ;

figure 3 is a plan view of a second plate of the system according to the invention;

figure 4 is a vertical section view of the system according to the invention;

figure 5 is an exploded vertical section view of the system according to the invention; and

figure 6 schematically shows an application of the system according to the invention.

Observing first figures of enclosed drawings, it is shown an embodiment of the system according to the invention, applied to a column 10 of a gate 1 1. As already said, the same system according to the invention can be applied to different situations.

Referring to the figures, the system according to the invention provides a first plate 1 , that will be fixed to the ground or other plane on which the structure to be supported will rest. In the embodiment shown, plate 1 is buried within ground.

System further provides a second plate 2, to be coupled above said first plate 1 , and on which said structure to be mounted (column 10) is placed.

Said first plate 1 provides a plurality of vertical pins 3, at least partially threaded on end opposite to the end coupled with first plate 1 , and on which a hut 4, or bolt, is coupled.

Said second plate 2 provides a plurality of not threaded through holes 5, provided in a position corresponding to the position of said plurality of vertical pins 3 provided on said first plate 1 , as well as with a plurality of threaded through holes 6.

Threaded grains 7 are threaded on said plurality of threaded holes

6 provided on said second plate, so as to position between said first 1 and second 2 plate, and to be adjustable outside said second plate 2.

By using the system according to the invention, e.g. to implement said gate 1 1 , it is first leveled, if necessary, the ground on which mounting must be carried out.

Then, said first plate 1 is buried, or otherwise coupled, within said ground, with vertical pins 3 projecting from the ground, and then second plate 2 is coupled above said first plate 1 , making threaded pins 3 passing through not threaded through holes 5.

Then, threaded grains 7 are coupled by screwing in said threaded through holes 6 of said second plate 2, so as to create a space between said first plate and said second plate, the lower face of said grains resting on said first plate. By acting on grains 7, a perfect flushing of the second plate 2 is obtained.

Finally, nuts 4 are applied on said threaded ends of the vertical pins

3 projecting from the not threaded holes 5 of said second plate 2, so as to fix the system.

Once terminated the operation, column 10 is fixed to the plate 2.
