Abstract:
The present application belongs to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a system information message receiving method, a system information message sending method, and a terminal and a network-side device. The system information message receiving method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a terminal receiving a first system information message under a first condition, the first system information message bearing signature information of a second system information message, wherein the first condition comprises at least one of the following: the state of the second system information message being sent; the terminal having indicated, to a network-side device, the need for signature information; and the terminal having indicated, to the network-side device, the need for the second system information message.
