[Problem] To provide a system, an information processing device, and a program, with which the motivation of an employee can be improved by awarding an appropriate incentive in response to voluntary behaviors of an employee. [Solution] The present invention provides a system equipped with a terminal and an information processing device which are connected by a network. The terminal is equipped with an operation unit and a communication unit. The operation unit is configured so as to be capable of operating the terminal. The communication unit is configured so as to be capable of transmitting the type of operation to the information processing device through the network. The information processing device is equipped with an acquisition unit, a score calculation unit, and a score return unit. The acquisition unit is configured so as to be capable of acquiring the transmitted type of operation. The score calculation unit is configured so as to be capable of calculating a score indicating the trustworthiness of the user on the basis of the acquired type of operation. The score return unit is configured so as to be capable of returning the calculated score as a compensation that is interchangeable with a predetermined legal currency.
