Description:
Description SYSTEM FOR LOCALIZATION OF VEHICLES Technical Field [1] The present patent refers to a system for localization of vehicles that, by means of composed structure for a publicity advertising display, systematically disposed, with proper arrangement for use on wall or pillar or on kiosk for storage of cards endowed with information of localization or localizer and media, to the removal by the end user, promoting the driver who parks his vehicle in shopping centers, airports, supermarket and other parking places of great proportion, easiness in finding the place where the car was parked when returning from the purchases or commitments, concomitantly to the assimilation of publicity message, comprising, in this manner, a means for localizing and divulgating products and services of a sponsor, due to the fact that the end user, considering the necessity of the vehicle localization at the end of his sojourn in the place, does not discard the card localizer.

Background Art [2] The systems of vehicles localization in large parking places, such as shopping centers, airports and supermarkets, which are normally used are fixed or printed directly on walls, pillars or kiosks of the parking place without supplying to the end user of the parking place a reminder to carry with him, in order to demand the mem- orization from the driver of the informative signal of the sector and floor where he parked his vehicle. Thus, such systems of localization do not present great func- tionality to the localization, either for the fact that the driver who does not remember the floor and sector naturally will have difficulties to remember the printed matter on the wall or pillar, or simply by the fact that as such printed matters are not showy, many drivers ignore the existence of such signaling when they park the vehicle.

[3] The means of publicity commonly used by means of displays, in turn, consist of outdoors, kiosks or blinking signals are merely applied to the announcement, without any functional additional application to the consumer, because many times such ad- vertising communication is not perceived by the public, therefore, not reaching its end.

In regard to the application of advertising by means of small papers, we come across ourselves with folders and brochures used only to the transmission of the advertising communication and many times, for the same reasons of displays without functional appeal, are ignored by the consumers increasing the pollution of the cities since the final user discards them because he does not have interest in its maintenance. In the patent pior art furthermore, the patent application BR PI98041010 (AYOUB, Rafic), discloses small papers for advertising with the functionality of pocket tourist maps displaying announcements; such maps, however are not used with the publicity ad- vertising displays of the present application, thus not permitting systematization of lo- calization in large parking places, since they are applied merely in receptions of hotels, without any positioning study, as well as do not present the localizer functionality, being only a simple informative means.

[4] Finally, it is important to point out that the parking cards delivered at the moment of entrance in the parking place are destined only and exclusively to control the amount of cars that enter or leave the parking for the parking administrator, and to control the time that the vehicle was parked so that the price due to the time of its sojourn is charged. These cards, therefore, beyond not locating the vehicle in the parking place, many times are lost in handbag or pocket of the user, making difficult the localization of the card as well as the vehicle, propitiating, further, the loss of the magnetic code of the card.

Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem [5] As noticed in the description of the background art, the systems for localizing vehicles disclosed by the prior art as well as the means used for advertisement in parking places have many technical problems. The localization systems directly printed on walls are easy to forget and do not carry any advertisement. Otherwise, the displays used for advertisement in the parking places do not contribute to the loc alization of vehicles. So, neither the systems for localizing vehicles are used to ad- vertisement, nor the advertisement means are used to localize vehicles. However, the concomitantly use of all items above described increases the costs to the sponsors and consequently to the consumer, as well as increases the visual pollution and could also make it difficult to the driver to localize his vehicle due to the great number of in- formation in the most varied places.

Technical Solution [6] In order to solve the cited problems, it was developed the present system for lo- calization of vehicles that consists of publicity display, systematically disposed, with proper arrangement for the use on wall or pillar or on kiosk for storage and or impression of cards endowed with localizer and media destined to the removal by the end user.

Advantageous Effects [7] So many advantageous effects are achieved, like the signaling and localization of the floor and sector where he can find the vehicle and also the publicity, either by aiding the driver, or by news with advertising paper, carrying through the advertising of a sponsor and diminishing the costs, the pollution appearance and facilitating the understanding of the information just by standardizing it.

Best Mode [34] In accordance with the related illustrations, the system for localization of vehicles comprises basically of display (1) that it can be in model of fastening (2) on the wall (3) or pillar (4), in model of application in kiosk (5), with variant (6) endowed with backlight (7), amongst other variants.

[35] All the variants of displays (1) preferentially present in the internal superior empty space (8) one or more columns (9) of cards storage (10) that are endowed with two rectilinear sidewalls (11) and a posterior wall (12) in order to organize the overlapping cards (10), being the frontal wall the layer itself (13) where will implement the publicity advertising announcement (14). The internal superior empty space (8) is hidden by cover (15) of changeable size, adapted to the model of the display (1), provided with security lock (16). The inferior part (17) of internal superior empty space (8) is hollowed, being semi closed only for the plates terminals (18) of the columns (9) which are constituted in form of a frontal'U'and later incased rectilinearly in the sidewalls (11) and the posterior wall (12) by means of borders (19) that are projecting from these.

[36] These plates terminals (18), given to its constitution in form of frontal'U'con- comitantly to the existence of a circular sector (20) in the inferior extremity of the layer (13) and to the overlapping cards (10) each one over the others in column (9), allow that the user removes the cards (10) in a simple way and without effort, since the socket (21) of the'U'and the circular sector (20) of the layer (13) perfectly incase to the finger of the end user and the disposal of the cards (10) in column (9) allows these cards to seat turning the movement into a continuous ordinance (10) after each removal.

[37] Furthermore, there are in the plates terminals (18), two edges (22) frontals inclined towards the top that objectify, due to the fact that the plates terminals (18) supports the row of cards (10) overlapped of the columns (9) that by the weight force of the row direct the cards (10) towards the bottom, to trim the cards (10) in a way that, although being easy the removal of the cards (10), just one leaves with the volitional action of the end user.

[38] The cards (10) are constituted of face frontal (23) endowed with localization in- formation (24) comprising representations of the localization of the vehicle in the floor (25), and of registrations indicating the floor and or sector and or institution that owns the parking place (26), while that the posterior face (27) presents media or advertising announcement (14) of the sponsor or customer.

[39] There are also cards (10) in form of folder or card holder (28) that allow, beyond the localization of the vehicle, the guard of the parking card (29), in its interior, dis- tributing itself the information of localization (24) and media or advertising an- nouncements (14) either on the parking card (29) or on the exterior of the card holder (28). This constructive disposal of the cards (10) in card holder form (28) guarantees to the system an additional differential since that besides the media announcement con- comitantly with the assistance to the users of the large parking places, awaking them to be more interested in obtaining the media, guarantees the inviolability of the magnetic codes (30) so current on nowadays cards of parking places (29) for the control of permanence time.

Mode for Invention [40] Another constructive variation is introduced to the display (1) where the lo- calization information (23) is printed on the card (10) at the moment of its removal, instead of the preexistence of the lined up cards (10) in the columns (9), there is a insertion of printer of small proportion (31) in internal superior empty space (8) above of the circular sector (20), in way that the user of the parking when coming close to the display (1) pressures the button (32) on the layer (13) in order to set the impression on the frontal face (23) of the localization information (24). Such variant allows pre- impression only of the posterior face (27) endowed with media or advertising an- nouncement (14), facilitating and saving for permitting the eventual reallocation of cards if necessary due to the great number of removals in determined local in detriment of another one.

[41] There is, finally, another variant of the use of the impression model in which the parking card (29) is insert in the circular sector (20) whence is the printer of small proportion (31) that prints, for impression in the proper card of parking (29), the in- formation of localization (24) and the media or advertising announcement (14).

[42] As it is possible to conclude from the figures of displays (1), these can consist of the variant in model of fastening (2) on the wall (3) or pillar (4), of small proportion, unit or multi column, that has only the layer (13) of internal superior empty space (8) dedicated to the advertising announcement (14); the layer (13) is mobile, in order to make possible the change of the advertising announcements (14) the interest of contracts in the presence of the sponsors, being hold through the fold (33) of the cover (15) that disables removal by any other person by means of the security lock (16).

[43] In the variants in model of application on kiosk (5) observes an increase in the publicity space in panel (34) overlapping inferior to the shaft of sustentation (35) of the display (1). In these panels (34) inferiors, that are also mobile, the advertising an- nouncement (14) is changed and fastened on its furrowed laterals (36) endowed with security locks (16). Furthermore, can still hold internally back light (7) aiming at a bigger prominence of the advertising announcement (14).

[44] The disposal of displays (1) is given through study of necessities of the parking to be installed, preferential in ordinance next to the exit places of the drivers, such as rolling stairs (37) and elevators (38), as well as next to the parking bay (39) of the parked vehicle, in such a way that the using driver when leaving his vehicle finds a display (1), preference of model of fastening (2) on wall (3) or pillar (4) carrier of cards (10) endowed with localizer for the removal aiming at posterior localization and or, thus not occurring, waiting the elevator (38) or directing to the rolling stairs (37) comes across a display (1) of bigger proportion as the models for they kiosk (5), being able to contain back light (7), endowed with cards (10) that they will allow the user to keep the localization of the floor where is the parking bay (39) of the parked vehicle.

[45] In the variants which the localization information (23) is printed in the card (10) at the moment of its removal, and which the information of localization (23) and or media or advertising announcement (14) are printed in the parking card (29), the displays (1) are use preferential with the models of fastening (2) on a large number of walls (3) or pillars (4) of the parking place, since that, being printed with inexistent or miniature previous cost to the sponsor as well as being more versatile in the lo- calization, enable the removal for others in accordance with the displays (1) necessity, thus allowing a more accurate localization. To this variation of disposal is kept the presence of displays (1) of greater proportion, as the models for kiosk (5), and may contain backlight (7), next to the passing places such as elevators (38) and or rolling stairs (37).

Industrial Applicability [46] The displays used in the present invention may be made by any kind of industry, mainly with facilities to produce kiosks or advertisement material. The cards may also be made by industries capable of producing advertisement material, mainly graphic industry. The invention is used preferably by large car parking places, such as those from shopping centers, supermarkets, big industries, etc, but may also be used by smaller parking places. In a preferred use of the invention, a user like a driver that has parked his car in the parking place of a shopping center removes one card from the nearest display or kiosk of his car. Besides indicating the exact area and floor from the parking place where his car is parked, the card also shows means for advertisement.

The practical and useful exploitation of the invention is permitted by means of the displays or kiosk that always maintains one card available to the consumer, until the cards storage is empty. If the more cards are filled before the storage is empty the system will be working.
