Abstract:

The present invention is a system and method for data pushing, being used for pushing the data from a server to a mobile terminal. The data pushing system includes: a server, after it learning there are data that will be pushed in the information system ,it being used for looking up the phone number corresponding to the mobile terminal from the stored phone number in the server, and using the phone call system to call the mobile terminal via the mobile radio network, and a mobile terminal for checking the incoming call number from the phone call system according to the informing phone number which corresponding to the server ,the said informing phone number being stored in the mobile phone , if the incoming call phone number is the informing phone number, the mobile terminal doesn’t take the phone call, and gets the data that will be pushed from the said server via the mobile data network, otherwise it performs the normal phone call process .
