Abstract:
A system for detecting the operation of the engine of a motor vehicle comprises at least one tire pressure monitoring transmitter comprising: • a low-frequency stage (1) comprising a resonant stage (3) connected in series to an antenna (2), a processing stage (4), a first switch (4a) and a second switch (4b); • the first switch (4a) being connected to at least two capacitors so as to control the connection in parallel of at least one of the capacitors; • the second switch (4b) being connected to at least two resistors so as to control the connection in parallel of at least one of the resistors; • outputs (A, B) of the low-frequency stage (1) arranged at the input of the processing stage (3) in order to transfer the perceived signal to signal processing means designed to compare the level of the perceived signal to the predetermined threshold level.
