Abstract:

The present invention provides an implementation scheme of quality of service in the Virtual Private Network, and discloses a system and a method of ensuring quality of service in the Network Based Virtual Private Network. It makes there is a practical solving scheme for QoS of MPLS VPN. The system of ensuring quality of service in the Network Based Virtual Private Network comprises: Logical Bearer Network, which is formed using the Multi-protocol Label Switch technique by configuring Label Switch Path preserving bandwidth in the basic IP network to connect a variety of routers, dedicating to transmit the service requiring QoS; Bearer Control Network, which maintenances Logical Bearer Network and routes the service. The present invention also provides a method of ensuring quality of service in the Virtual Private Network.
