Description:
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING QUICK TEST AND RESULT FOR COVID-19 VIRUS AND OTHER MOUTH AND TONGUE RELATED DISEASES

Technical Field

The present invention relates to specific Covid- 19 and other disease viruses associated with patients tongue, uvula and tonsil image data. Method and computer program are for infected patients’ quick and accurate virus diseases tests acceleration in a computer system. Covid-19 disease virus spreading speed is higher than diagnostic test making speed. Among tested patients only one out of five is found to be infected with Covid-19 virus. So medicine staff is working with 20% efficiency. They lose 80% of their time and provisions during Covid-19 diagnostic test. Patient’s test with present invented method, software applied and run in a computer system will allow to medicine staff to work with 100% efficiency and accuracy. As a result conventional test method will be applied to the patient who is diagnosed as “Positive” infected with Covid-19 virus by the system. Conventional test will be made only for approval of Covid- 19 virus.

Prior Art

COVID-19 testing involves analysing samples to assess the current or past presence of SARS- CoV-2. The two main branches detect either the presence of the virus or of antibodies produced in response to infection. Tests for viral presence are used to diagnose individual cases and to allow public health authorities to trace and contain outbreaks. Antibody tests instead show whether someone once had the disease. They are less useful for diagnosing current infections because antibodies may not develop for weeks after infection. It is used to assess disease prevalence, which aids the estimation of the infection fatality rate.

Individual jurisdictions have adopted varied testing protocols, including whom to test, how often to test, analysis protocols, sample collection and the uses of test results. This variation has likely significantly impacted reported statistics, including case and test numbers, case fatality rates and case demographics.

Current Situation

Fig. l : Shows conventional Covid-19 virus Swab Collection - Deep (anterior) nasal swab and Throat (posterior pharyngeal) swab. Multiple specimens from the same patient may be taken with a single swab. If more than one swab is used for collecting specimens from two different locations in the same patient, both swabs may be placed in the same vial in order to conserve collection and assay supplies. Collected swabs are sent to laboratory for tests.

Test analysis is often performed in automated, high-throughput, medical laboratories by medical laboratory scientists. Alternatively, point-of-care testing can be done in physician's offices, workplaces, institutional settings or transit hubs.

This conventional test procedure takes long time and significant number of patients can be tested, and accuracy of the tests results is varying between 40-60%. This procedure cannot accelerate fighting with Covid- 19 virus to diagnose, find and separate infected people from healthy ones.

So there is a need for quick and mass number of testing of much more patients for a short period of time with accuracy of up to 90%. And Test Result is immediately sent to the patient by SMS message to his phone. By this way only “Positive” test result patients have to be retested with conventional test method to be sure that the test is “Positive”. By this way patients will have accurate information about his tongue condition not only for Covid-19 virus but for the other viruses and diseases also? For further use of test data all test results images data are grouped by Al (Artificial Intelligence) software application and memorized them to a group (a. . . s) which indicates the disease virus.

Problem Solving with complex software method program application in a computer system

Computer

Taking data and instructions from a user, processing the data as per instructions, and displaying or storing the processed data, are the four major functions of a computer. These functions are also known as the input function, process function, output function, and storage function, respectively.

Server Computer (6)

A server is a central computer that contains collections of data and programs. Also called a network server, this system allows all connected users to share and store electronic data and applications. Two important types of servers are file servers and application servers. Servers are a step below supercomputers because they don't focus on trying to solve one very complex problem but try to solve many many similar smaller ones. Those computers have to go and find the page you're looking for and send it to you. In itself, it's not a big task, but it becomes a job for a server when the computers have to go and find lots of pages for a lot of people and send them to the right place.

Smartphones (5)

A smartphone is a more powerful version of a traditional cell phone. In addition to the same basic features — phone calls, voicemail, text messaging — smartphones can connect to the Internet over Wi-Fi or a cellular network (which requires purchasing a monthly data plan). This means you can use a smartphone for the same things you would normally do on a computer.

To make Covid- 19 diagnostic tests faster, easier and in mass number of patients we use computer system which is programmed to carry out a set of algorithms and arithmetic instructions.

A computer is a machine that can be instructed to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations automatically via computer programming. Modern computers have the ability to follow generalized sets of operations, called programs. These programs enable computers to perform an extremely wide range of tasks. A "complete" computer including the hardware, the operating system (main software), and peripheral equipment required and used for "full" operation can be referred to as a computer system. This term may as well be used for a group of computers that are connected and work together, in particular a computer network or computer cluster.

In the United States Patent document numbered US9820658B2 of the known state of the art discloses a medical system includes a network; one or more medical data collection appliances coupled to the network, each appliance transmitting data conforming to an interoperable format; and a server coupled to the network to store data for each individual in accordance with the interoperable format.

In the International Patent document numbered WO2014055963A1 of the known state of the art discloses herein are methods and devices for assessing sample for the presence of a disease or organism using images from devices such as a consumer cell phones. Aims of the Invention

The aim of the invention is generating quick test and result for covid-19 virus and other mouth and tongue related diseases.

Input Unit (Q)

Data and instructions must enter the computer system before any computation can be performed on the supplied data. The input unit that links the external environment with the computer system performs this task. Data and instructions enter input units in forms that depend upon the particular device used.

It accepts (or reads) the list of instructions and data from the outside world.

It converts these instructions and data in computer acceptable format.

It supplies the converted instructions and data to the computer system for further processing.

Central Processing Unit (CPU) (R)

The central processing unit (CPU), also called a processor, is located inside the computer case on the motherboard. It is sometimes called the brain of the computer, and its job is to carry out commands. This unit is responsible for all events inside the computer. It controls all internal and external devices, performs “Arithmetic and Logical operations” (G). The operations a Microprocessor performs are called “instruction set” of this processor. The instruction set is “hard wired” in the CPU and determines the machine language for the CPU.

Arithmetic and Logic Unit (ALU) (W)

The arithmetic and logic unit (ALU) of a computer system is the place where the actual execution of the instructions takes place during the processing operations. All calculations are performed and all comparisons (decisions) are made in the ALU. The data and instructions, stored in the primary storage prior to processing are transferred as and when needed to the ALU where processing takes place. Control Unit (X)

The control unit directs and controls the activities of the internal and external devices. It interprets the instructions fetched into the computer, determines what data, if any, are needed, where it is stored, where to store the results of the operation, and sends the control signals to the devices involved in the execution of the instructions.

Storage Unit (T)

The data and instructions that are entered into the computer system through input units have to be stored inside the computer before the actual processing starts. The specific functions of the storage unit are to store:

All the data to be processed and the instruction required for processing (received from input devices).

Intermediate results of processing.

Final results of processing before these results are released to an output device.

Output Unit (S)

The job of an output unit is just the reverse of that of an input unit. It supplied information and results of computation to the outside world. Thus it links the computer with the external environment. As computers work with binary code, the results produced are also in the binary form. Hence, before supplying the results to the outside world, it must be converted to human acceptable (readable) form. This task is accomplished by units called output interfaces.

In short, the following functions are performed by an output unit.

It accepts the results produced by the computer which are in coded form and hence cannot be easily understood by us.

It converts these coded results to human acceptable (readable) form.

It supplied the converted results to the outside world.

Motherboard (V)

All components of a computer communicate through a circuit board called the motherboard. The motherboard is the computer's main circuit board. It's a thin plate that holds the CPU, memory, connectors for the hard drive and optical drives, expansion cards to control the video and audio, and connections to your computer's ports (such as USB ports). The motherboard connects directly or indirectly to every part of the computer. In this invention Server Computer is doing following instructions to carry out sequences of arithmetic or logical operations automatically via computer programming for Covid- 19 tests. Input

Input unit Converts mouth image information to binary codes. Image is converted to binary code and send to CPU. CPU calculates how to display it pixel by pixel. Store

CPU stores the image as pixels in memory. Memory stores and keeps the input image information. Process

CPU calculates information. Pixel information is sent in binary codes to the screen. Output

CPU Converts binary information to physical output such as warning message sentences.

Application Software or Application Program method for diagnostic test of Covid- 19

The invention relates to creating an Application software program running in computer system designed to perform a group of coordinated functions, tasks, or activities for the benefit of Covid-19 and other mouth and tongue virus disease diagnostic. Diagnostic test is doing with use of Source code (Programming Languages)-Code compiling. It is Database Software Application - software is used to create store structure and sort a collection data about set of items search for data using queries and produce printed reports. A data base is relatively complex with database of patients, images, diagnostic messages relational database management systems to manage data about millions of items.

A computer system with comparison software includes a mouth image send from patient’s device (5) to a host server unit (6). Received mouth image (7); and a server including comparison configured software compare the received mouth image with registered in host server memory mouth images (8) on the basis of a statistical value for the luminance value of pixels. The pixels of the registered mouth images existing at pixel positions in the program are corresponding to pixel positions to patient mouth image and generating new specular knowledge for patient's image.

Mouth image data (7) send from patient’s device (5) to the host server device (6) includes comparing process software program (9), (10) in CPU (R) where the program compares every new received image data with already uploaded in the host server memory mouth images data (8) infected with Covid-19 and other tongue disease viruses (a... s). Software Application (9), (10) is processing all data and send message (16) to the patient device (5). By this way only patients with “Positive” test results are retested with conventional test method to approve the convenience of the test already done with the program. Al saves every new patient’s received image data to the group (a. . . s) of known virus disease. If program indicates unknown(s) virus images Al is memorising it in separate Unknown group (s). Data from this group (s) will be used in future for early warning for epidemics and for further research for diagnostics and remedy.

Algorithm of test method in computer CPU (R):

Fig.2 shows the path of data managing: Message sent from patient (A) is saving to host server memory (B). Host Server memory contains already uploaded various tongue images data. Received image data is comparing (C) for Covid-19. If comparison of image matches with Covid-19 image, Data Operator (E) prepares “Positive” message and Al (E) memorise received image data (B). If comparison of image does not match with Covid-19 image, Comparing continue (D) with comparison of other images in Host server memory until Data Operator and Al (E) prepare “Negative” or “Other virus” message and memorise received image (B). Message Sender (F) sends new generated data to patient’s device. Software Application Program in computer CPU(R):

Patient’s Communication Device (5) sends mouth image data to Host computer server (6). Host Computer Server (6) contains all mouth images data in the memory indicated with small letters from (a) to (r) according to virus which caused the disease. Only group (s) is empty for Unknown images data. Data from (s) group will be used in future for early recognising of new viruses. Host server memorize (7) image send from patient communication device (5). New received image data after processing is added to the matched group (a...r). All Uploaded mouth and tongue images data are grouped in Host server memory (8) as follow:

Working principle of invention

Method of Comparing software in computer CPU (R) (9) starts comparison of received mouth image data (7) for Covid- 19 virus with mouth images data grouped in Host Server Memory (8). If new compared image data matches with one of Covid- 19 virus infected tongue image data (a) then software program Data Operator (11) prepares “Positive” message and message sender (17) sends the message to patient’s device. And Al (Artificial Intelligence) (16) software memorizes image data to Covid- 19 virus infected tongue (a) group.

Software Application Compiling method in CPU (R) of Covid- 19 images (9) continues comparison process of received tongue image data (7) for Covid-19 with tongue images data grouped in Host server memory (8).

If new compared image data matches with one of Healthy tongue image data (b) then program Data Operator (12) prepares “Negative” message and message sender (17) sends the message to patient’s device. And Al (Artificial Intelligence) (16) program memorizes image data to Healthy tongue (b) group.

Software Application Compiling method in CPU (R) of other respiratory images (10) continues comparison process of received tongue image data (7) for Covid-19 with tongue images data grouped in Host server memory (8).

If new compared image data matches with one of tongue image data (c. . . s) then program Data Operator (13, 14, 15) prepares message for one of matched (c... s) group and message sender (17) sends the message to patient’s device according to the name of the virus disease. And Al (Artificial Intelligence) (16) program memorizes image data to appropriate (c. . . s) group.

If new compared image data do not matches with one of tongue images data (c...r) then program Data Operator (13, 14, 15) prepares message “New Virus Found” and message sender (17) sends the message to patient’s device. And Al (Artificial Intelligence) (16) program memorizes image data to UNKNOWN (s) group. Human mouth images data from UNKNOWN (s) group are data available for further research of viruses to find new virus diseases to diagnose what they are before they start spreading. New unknown (s) detected virus disease be early warning for future epidemics.

Al (Artificial Intelligence) software method memorizes (8) each received tongue image data to the group which the image matches. Increasing numbers of images data in the memory (8) of Host server (6) increases the accuracy of the comparison (9), (10) software for further more accurate test results. References:
