Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for improving the regeneration and reuse rate of an acidic etching solution. The system comprises an etching production line, an electrolysis device, an adding device, a regeneration solution blending device, and a regeneration solution ORP lifting device. Waste copper-rich acidic etching liquid in the etching production line is electrolyzed by the electrolysis device into chlorine gas and copper-poor electrolyte clear solution; the copper-poor electrolyte clear solution is mixed with a low ORP acidic etching solution in the etching production line to form a regenerated acidic etching solution; the regeneration solution ORP lifting device performs countercurrent injection on the acidic etching solution and collides with the chlorine gas to obtain a high ORP acidic etching regeneration solution and then the high ORP acidic etching regeneration solution is returned to the etching production line. Further disclosed is a method for improving the regeneration and reuse rate of an acidic etching solution. According to the present application, the regenerating solution ORP lifting device is configured to obtain a high ORP acidic etching regeneration solution and then the high ORP acidic etching regeneration solution is returned to the etching production line to increase the ORP of the acidic etching solution in the etching production line; thus, a mode of adding an oxidant and hydrochloric acid to a traditional etching production line is substituted, the regeneration and reuse rate of a waste etching liquid is increased, and the use of chemical agents and waste water discharge are reduced.
