Abstract:
A cultured fish measuring system comprises: a measuring unit which measures the size and scattering strength of fish in a fish farm by using an acoustic sensor; a parameter setting unit which sets a parameter depending on a unique value according to the type of each fish and the size of a fish farm; a data storing unit which stores measurement data of the scattering strength measured by the measuring unit and parameter data set by the parameter setting unit; a measurement value calculating unit which calculates an area back scattering strength, volume back scattering strength, and unique target strength that each fish has by using the measurement data and the parameter data, and calculates the number of fish in the fish farm with a value obtained by dividing the area back scattering strength by the target strength; and a display unit which displays data measured by the measuring unit and data calculated by the measurement value calculating unit in real time.
