Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for online separating organic components from inorganic components in sludge in a drainage pipeline and extracting a carbon source therefrom. The extraction system comprises a system outer tank, a system main body is provided in the system outer tank, and the system main body sequentially comprises a deodorization module, a pretreatment module and a cyclonic separation module from top to bottom, which are assembled together, wherein a grid slag squeezing module is provided on a side wall of an upper portion of the cyclonic separation module, and the pretreatment module, the cyclonic separation module and the grid slag squeezing module are electrically connected to a control module, respectively. The system for online separating organic components from inorganic components in sludge in a drainage pipeline and extracting a carbon source therefrom is used to realize online on-site rapid treatment for dredging sludge from a drainage pipeline network, thereby solving the practical problems, which are universal in existing centralized treatment and disposal methods for dredging sludge from an urban drainage pipeline network, of generating greenhouse gases such as CO2 and CH4, the workload for transporting a large amount of dredged sludge being large, generating diffused pollution during the transportation process due to leakage and venting of the sludge, it being difficult to select construction land for a centralized sludge treatment station, etc.
