Abstract:

A system and method for preparing DMC. The system comprises a reaction tower; a middle part of the reaction tower is provided with a sealing plate, a lower part of the sealing plate is a reaction section, and an upper part thereof is a distillation section; a side wall of the reaction section is provided with a crude product outlet; the crude product outlet is connected to the distillation section; a methanol inlet and a mixed gas inlet are provided on the side wall of the reaction section; the methanol inlet is located above the mixed gas inlet; the liquid level in the reaction section is higher than the mixed gas inlet; a micro-interface generator is disposed in the reaction section; the micro-interface generator is connected to the mixed gas inlet so as to disperse and break a mixed gas into microbubbles on the micron scale. The system for preparing DMC consumes little energy, is low-cost, is highly safe, requires a low reaction temperature and pressure, involves few side reactions, and has a high methanol conversion rate, and is worthy of wide popularization and application.
