Abstract:
A CRM server 10 related to an embodiment of the present invention is connected to be able to communicate, through a communication network NW, with a shop terminal 30 which is installed in a shop such as a restaurant, and provides, to the shop in which the shop terminal 30 is installed, a CRM service which manages relationships with customers. The CRM server 10 is enabled to easily specify customers who become message distribution targets in each shop by selecting a customer group which is generated on the basis of shop visit information based on information managed according to a shop visit information table TA2 and on the basis of an order history based on information managed according to an order history table TA3 and a product information table TA4.
