Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and a method for providing interactive information through the collaboration of multiple chatbots, wherein in response to an input of dynamic real-world situation information including weather information and user location, a user propensity obtained through analysis of a user behavior pattern, and a user's request through an interactive interface, multiple chatbots collaborate to provide information suitable for the user's propensity, situation, and request. Therefore, the present invention enables a complex service that is difficult to be handled by a single chatbot, to be treated by collaboration of multiple chatbots, and can reduce the user's effort of requesting a necessary chatbot service multiple times.
