Abstract:
A system and method for restricting the movement of a vehicle. The system comprises: a track, a rail module and a management background. The rail module comprises a base seat, a rail structure and a sensor unit. The sensor unit measures an action parameter and an appearance parameter of a parked vehicle and uploads same to the management background. The management background processes the motion parameter and outputs a purpose instruction and an action instruction, and aggregates the purpose instruction and the action instruction. The rail module controls, based on the purpose instruction, the base seat to move to an area where the parked vehicle is located, and controls the deformation of the rail structure based on the motion instruction, so as to restrict the movement of the parked vehicle. The method is used for controlling a corresponding system. Motion information about a parked vehicle is automatically recognised by a sensor, and a rail is started to restrict the vehicle; and management and control of traffic offences is realised by interaction with a traffic department. Manpower can be saved, and the management level of city traffic can be improved.
