Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system and method for selling products from roadside vending machines. The system for selling products from roadside vending machines according to the present invention comprises: a kiosk which displays information about the products provided in the vending machines to a driver driving an approaching vehicle and enables the selection of and payment for a product to be purchased, and which includes an input/output unit, a payment unit, and a position adjustment unit; a vehicle position detection unit which detects the position of the vehicle approaching the kiosk, thereby allowing the position adjustment unit to adjust position according to the position of the vehicle; one or more vending machines which are disposed near the kiosk and have products that can be purchased through the kiosk; and a management server which approves the payment for the selected product and at the same time calculates and manages sales information and product inventory information for managing sales or product inventory.
