Abstract:
A system for verifying artificial intelligence according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a sensing part which receives process data from process equipment; a test data generation part which converts the process data and generates test data; a simulation part which reads the test data and transmits same to the sensing part, the test data being transmitted in an identical form to the actual process data; an abnormality determination part which receives the test data transmitted from the simulation part and uses an artificial intelligence model to determine whether abnormalities are present; and an artificial intelligence verification part which compares the test data and the determination results of the abnormality determination part to determine the adequacy of the artificial intelligence model.
