Abstract:
A memory technology in the data communication field, especially a memory system
and a method with multi-level buffer.The system includes first level memory
cells, a hard disk, a control module, and second level memory cells, the said first
level memory cells are disk buffer areas, which used for temporarily storing
the required data to be written-read, the said control module is used for controlling
the read-write operation of data, the data which temporarily written in the first
memory cells is written to the said second memory cells according to the dictate
of the control module, and when the total number of the written data is up to the
given threshold value, the data stored in the second memory cells is lead to the
hard disk.
