Description:
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR CREATING AN ALPHABETICAL LOTTERY

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

Embodiments of the present invention generally relate to the field of lotteries, and, more particularly, to systems and methods for creating an alphabetical lottery.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Generally, it is well known that lotteries are a game of chance based on risks taken for enormous returns. Even with low returns, lottery games are still celebrated for their definite possibility of such returns. As a result, it is one of the rising industries in the global market. In all lottery games, the prize pool is divided into several sections where prize rewards are paid out according to how many digits have been matched to a winning combination of numbers drawn randomly.

Generally, lottery games are closely associated with numbers and drawing combination of numbers from randomly placed tickets. A winner is decided when a combination of numbers is equivalent to the set winning combination of numbers, and consequently, prize values are rewarded accordingly. The game matric is derived randomly, and there is no strategy to track down the winning combination or ways that can influence the results. Since its inception, the concept of the lottery has remained the same all over the world, requiring randomization, calculation and prompt exchange of numerical values. The probability of winning a lottery largely depends on the number of lottery tickets one has with different possible combinations of numbers. Conventionally, lotteries were paper-based coupons wherein players were supposed to purchase and submit these coupons to get into the game of chance. As a result, there were several hurdles with regard to their accessibility and other drawbacks when it came to the physical lottery.

There has been improvement in the lottery system in past years, mainly due to the advent of the internet. The most notable change is that paper-based lottery tickets are replaced with online lotteries. These are now more accessible and convenient through websites and applications, allowing individuals to buy a lottery from around the world without encountering the retailer in person. Lottery games like Powerball, lotto and bingo are some of the suggested lottery games available. These online lottery games have considerably resolved the matter of lawfulness or a likely blanket ban on lotteries. Also, an individual has more control over the game. As a result, people participating in lottery games have increased significantly.

The persistent drawback that remains in traditional numerical lottery method is that as much as we call the lottery “a game of chance”, participants generally contemplate winning numbers by merely tracking down the most common winning numbers, using lucky numbers or heavily relying on calculations.

However, there is no proven mathematical probability of speculating the winning number. At times individual improves the odds of winning by buying a large number of tickets with different combinations of numbers. Furthermore, there also remain possible anomalies with respect to software that randomizes the numbers. For example, computer-generated random numbers are time and again scrutinized for drawing identical winning numbers. According to the conventional disclosure, lottery tickets are strictly based on numbers which are often derived by software. Even the games, when aligned with the lottery, generate a numerical sequence through which players apply mathematical probability to extract the winning number. As a result, these lottery games involve no unique feature to attain a stimulating lottery experience and are often considered addictive. Subsequently, there are several prior art disclosures wherein lottery games, even with different game style, has a numerical significance attached. Therefore, there remains a need for a shift in the lottery system and the adoption of more lucrative ways to decide winners. Accordingly, there remains a need in the art for innovative, novel, efficient solutions for providing systems and methods for creating an alphabetical lottery.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The embodiments of the present disclosure have several features, no single one of which is solely responsible for their desirable attributes. Without limiting the scope of the present embodiments as expressed by the claims that follow, their more prominent features will now be discussed briefly. After considering this discussion, and particularly after reading the section entitled “Detailed Description”, one will understand how the features of the present embodiments provide advantages.

In one embodiment, a method for creating an alphabetical lottery, includes the steps of, creating, by a hardware system, an alphabetical lottery; providing, by said hardware system, said alphabetical lottery along with existing numerical lotteries, to a plurality of users; drawing, by said hardware system, a random number generator; and, providing, by said hardware system, a combination of user choices to said plurality of users by using their own favorite words. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Various embodiments of the present invention are aimed at providing novel and inventive solutions for providing systems and methods for creating an alphabetical lottery.

Generally, Lottery-style wagering games have been around for a long time and are well-known in the industry. Players place a wager or play by choosing a wager amount (monetary or non-monetary) and a first wager set of numbers from a pool of possibilities. The game is closed to new bets and a drawing is held at a certain time. A second draw set of numbers is then chosen, either with or without replacement, from the field of potential numbers. The second set of numbers chosen at the drawing can be done manually, for example, by selecting numbered balls at random from a hopper, or automatically, using a computer process.

Particularly, in order to keep potential players interested in such games of chance, a variety of draw type lottery games have been accessible. Despite the wide range of lottery drawing games available to players, practically all of them are variations on or simulations of the archaic concept of numbered ball lottery drawings, a basic gambling game design that has been around for millennia. Lottery game administrators are constantly designing new game variations to keep interest in the games high, but today's digitally aware crop of potential players want fascinating game variations that aren't just a rehash of the tired "numbered ball" notion. There are various embodiments of the present disclosure that are disclosed herein below that relate to the Alphabetical Lottery. Moreover, this disclosure covers the gaming field and game of Chance. Additionally, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, the Alphabetical lottery is created and provides an option to existing numerical lotteries. In use, the alphanumeric characters add to the games' excitement, significance, and engagement.

Furthermore, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, the Alphabetical Lottery System is a combination of user choices and can be made by using his own favourite word. In use, this recognizes the player and gives the player a lot more freedom in terms of choosing.

Additionally, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, the Alphabetical Lottery System have combination of 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 and are used to create the combination of winning piece. In use, it is preferable to compare player combinations against such a list since the chosen player combinations may be exhibited publicly on visible displays in certain circumstances, most notably when a winning combination is proclaimed.

Furthermore, in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, the Alphabetical Lottery using letters (in all forms) opposed to numbers for the specific purpose of lottery draws. In use, following the pool's completion, a random lottery is held to select one or more winners.

Additionally, this disclosure relates to global lotteries, game of chance major jackpot to give an additional option to the current numerical lotteries. The current method for standard lottery draws is a random number generator and that give lottery administrators and locations more flexibility in the types of games they offer, and that aren't limited to numbered ball lottery games, but instead allow for games based on alphanumeric characters, further, increasing the games' excitement, meaning, and participation.
