Abstract:
The invention relates to a premounting system (100) suitable for fastening a device to a structural element of a motor vehicle, the device comprising a chassis part which has at least one opening and a fastening screw which is inserted through the opening, the premounting system comprising: - a fastening means (110) suitable for being fastened to the chassis part; and - a holding means (120) designed to hold the fastening screw along a main axis (A1) and in a premounting position through the opening. According to the invention, this system further comprises an elastically deformable portion (130) designed to hold the holding means in a position in which it is distanced from the chassis part along the main axis and designed to automatically collapse in order to bring the holding means into a position closer to the chassis part along the main axis to allow the fastening screw to be screwed to the structural element.
