Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for preparing a fish fermentation liquid, comprising: a fish liquid extraction part, which crushes and heats fish in order extract a fish liquid; a medium mixing part for mixing, with a medium for fermentation, the fish liquid extracted by the fish liquid extraction part; a fermentation part for receiving the mixed fish liquid mixed in the medium mixing part and fermenting same; a precipitation tank which receives the fermentation liquid fermented in the fermentation part to precipitate solids, and performs post-maturation on same; a dispenser, which receives the fermentation liquid from the precipitation tank and dispenses same into packaging unit containers; a water supply part for independently supplying water to the fish liquid extraction part, the medium mixing part and the fermentation part; a heating part for independently heating each of the fish liquid extraction part and the fermentation part; and a control part for controlling the fish liquid extraction part, the medium mixing part, the fermentation part, the precipitation tank, the dispenser, the water supply part and the heating part.
