Abstract:
The invention relates to a system (1) for preparing and producing a die plate (2), comprising at least an input device (4), a control device (5) and a processing device (6) having a processing insert (110) and recesses (113) arranged therein. The processing device (6), particularly a laser plotter (9), has a processing table (15) that is designed for receiving and positioning the processing insert (110), particularly a tray (111) or jig for at least one die plate blank (80). A removal aid (114) is associated with at least one recess (113) of the processing insert (110) and/or this recess (113) preferably has means for guiding and positioning the insert, particularly the die plate blank (80) and/or the workpiece. In order to achieve a flat planar surface (82) of a base material (81) of the die plate blank (80), the base material (81) is removably positioned on a base plate (83) for the further processing.
