Abstract:
Disclosed is a system for regulating the gradation of machine-made natural grit, comprising a feeding conveyor belt (1), a steel/grit blending hopper (2), a feed chute (16), a tower-type steel shot bucket elevator (15), a machine-made grit gradation regulator (3), a dust suction hood (5), a dust extractor (4), a material discharge conveyor belt (17), an electromagnetic steel/grit separating device (6), a steel shot discharge chute (9), a steel shot grain diameter control chute (11), a fine steel grain ground trough (13), a coarse steel grain ground trough (14), and a finished product conveyor belt (18). A material discharge end of the feeding conveyor belt (1) runs straight to a feed port of the steel/grit blending hopper (2), the steel/grit blending hopper (2) is opposite a material discharge port of the tower-type steel shot bucket elevator (15) through a steel shot feed chute (16), a material discharge port of the steel/grit blending hopper (2) is in communication with a feed port of the machine-made grit gradation regulator (3), the dust suction hood (5) of the machine-made grit gradation regulator (3) is in communication with the dust extractor (4) via a delivery pipe, the material discharge port of the machine-made grit gradation regulator (3) is opposite a feed end of the material discharge conveyor belt (17), a one-stage electromagnetic steel/grit separating device (6) is provided above the material discharge end of the material discharge conveyor belt (17) and a material discharge port of the one-stage electromagnetic steel/grit separating device (6) is opposite a chute face of the steel shot grain diameter control chute (11) via the steel shot discharge chute (9), the chute face of the steel shot grain diameter control chute (11) is provided with a steel shot grain diameter control section (12), a lower face of the steel shot grain diameter control section runs straight to the fine steel grain ground trough (13), a material discharge end of the steel shot grain diameter control section (12) runs straight to a feed port of the coarse steel grain ground trough (14), and the material discharge end of the material discharge conveyor belt (17) runs straight to the finished product conveyor belt (18). Further disclosed is a method for manufacturing natural grit which uses the above-mentioned system.
