Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system for selectively applying a makeup effect through facial recognition of a user, comprising: a recognition unit that selectively detects a face area of a user from a user's image acquired from a mobile unit; an extracting unit that individually extracts facial parts of the user from the detected face area of the user; and an effecting unit that selectively applies a predetermined effect to each of the extracted facial parts of the user.
