Abstract:
A system for silicon slag separation using a floatation method, comprising a suspension container, a silicon slag treatment container, a processor, and an on-site controller connected to the processor, and further comprising a feeding module, a suspension controller, and a stirring controller connected onto the on-site controller. The feeding module is connected to a pure silicon collection module and an impurity collection module. The suspension controller is connected to a suspension injection module and a flow detection module. The suspension injection module matches the silicon slag treatment container. The flow detection module detects the suspension injection module. The stirring controller is connected to the stirring module and an on-site monitoring module. The stirring module matches the silicon slag treatment container. The silicon slag treatment container further matches the feeding module, the pure silicon collection module, and the impurity collection module. The on-site monitoring module detects the silicon slag treatment container, the pure silicon collection module, and the impurity collection module. The system features stable operation and low costs, and is suitable for industrial production.
