Abstract:
The phase of each of a plurality of wide points is detected from the voltage of a commercial power source plug socket, and the data prepared by adding time information to the information of that phase is sent out to a data server. This data server observes, referring to one end of a system as a phase angle, the phase difference information for the other end and the center of the system. The data server extracts an inter-system fluctuation component from the fluctuation acquired. Assuming that the model of a PSS disposed at a generator noted is known for a data row obtained by subjecting the extracted fluctuation component to a differentiation of a first or second order, the data server configures an expanded coupled oscillation model, as expanded to contain that model. The data server determines time series data on the status variable of the PSS at the model configuring time, and sets a PSS parameter directly by using the expanded coupled oscillation model, thereby to achieve stabilization of a dominant mode.
