Abstract:
Provided are construction of a T cell receptor and the use thereof. The mutation of α-chain and β-chain intracellular constant region sites of the T cell receptor inhibits the degradation of the T cell receptor after the activation of TCR antigen signal, thereby maintaining the level of TCR on the cell surface and improving the efficacy of TCR-T cell therapy. The method is suitable for different TCR-T cell therapies.
