Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a T cell receptor (TCR) capable of specifically binding with a short peptide YMLDLQPET derived from an HPV16E7 antigen, the antigen short peptide YMLDLQPET being able to form a complex with HLA A0201 and be presented together to a cell surface. Further provided in the present invention are a nucleic acid molecule encoding the TCR and a vector containing the nucleic acid molecule. In addition, further provided in the invention is a cell for transducing the TCR of the present invention.
