Title:
T CELL SYNERGIST FOR CAR T CELL THERAPY FOR LEUKEMIA AND METHOD FOR OBTAINING SYNERGISTIC T CELLS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2022/088555
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided are a T cell synergist for use in CAR T cell therapy for hematological tumors such as acute myeloid leukemia, and a method for using same to enhance the effect of CAR T cell therapy. The method comprises treating T cells used in CAR T cell therapy during in vitro cultivation by using a PI3K-AKT/mTOR signaling pathway inhibitor as a T cell synergist. The T cell synergist may enhance the migration of CAR T/NK cells to the bone marrow and improve the effect of CAR T cell therapy on removing tumors.
