The tab guide according to an embodiment of the present invention can press so that a plurality of electrode tabs are gathered together. The tab guide may comprise: a contact portion that comes into contact with an electrode tab; and a mounting portion on which the contact portion is detachably mounted and which has a higher rigidity than the contact portion.
