Abstract:
A table leg length adjusting device, composed of straight table legs (1), screws (2), rotating pins (3), springs (4), rivets (5), levers (6), threaded pins (7), spring retainer rings (8), and the like. The levers (6) and the straight table legs (1) are all formed by processing square steel tubes. A square hole at the upper part of the middle of each lever (6) is hingedly connected to the lower end of the corresponding straight table leg (1) by means of a rivet (5). The upper end of each lever (6) is provided with a round hole. The threaded pins (7) are inserted into the round holes. The spring retainer rings are axially positioned. The threaded pins (7) can rotate in the holes. Threaded holes are formed in the large ends of the threaded pins and are screwed with corresponding screws (2). A hole is drilled in the middle portion of each straight table leg (1), the rotating pins (3) are inserted into the holes, the spring retainer rings (8) are axially positioned, and the rotating pins (3) can rotate. Unthreaded holes are drilled in the large ends of the rotating pins (3) and are in clearance fit with the screws (2). When the heads of the screws (2) are rotated, the screws (2) and the threaded pins (7) move relatively to one another, the levers (6) are driven to rotate around the rivets, the vertical length of the straight table legs (1) can be changed, and the height of a table can be adjusted. When the ground is uneven, the lengths of the four straight table legs (1) can be respectively adjusted so as to level the table or prevent the table from shaking.
