Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a tablet confectionery that even when an oil ingredient is contained, exhibits high fluidity and flows freely, thereby enabling enhancement of productivity. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is provided a tablet confectionery of 0.6 g/ml or lower bulk density and 0.7 to 500 m2/g specific surface area composed mainly of sugar alcohol and containing an oil ingredient, wherein the content of oil is in the range of 4 to 10 wt.%. Preferred tablet confectionery is one of 0.6 g/ml or lower bulk density and 0.7 to 500 m2/g specific surface area composed mainly of sorbitol and containing an oil ingredient, wherein the content of oil is in the range of 0.1 to 10 wt.%.
