Abstract:
The present invention relates to a tablet containing, as an active ingredient, pazopanib which is a poorly soluble drug, and, more specifically, to: a pazopanib tablet capable of exhibiting dissolution and pharmacodynamic properties greater than or equal to those of a conventional tablet product and, simultaneously, exhibiting uniform internal absorption by having a small deviation in disintegration time; and a method for preparing same.
