Abstract:
A tablet inspection device (11) comprises: an illumination unit (13) for irradiating parallel light to a medicine packet (21) into which a semi-transparent tablet is sealed that is a medicine transmitting light; a camera unit (12) for obtaining a transmission image of the medicine packet (21) by capturing an image of the medicine packet (21) irradiated with the parallel light; and an image processing unit (15) for detecting, in the transmission image, a region having a peripheral edge portion with a lower brightness than a central portion as a semi-transparent tablet region.
