Abstract:
The present invention provides: a tablet which, although containing a high proportion of a disintegrant, has excellent shape stability, with changes (swelling, breaking, cracking etc.) in appearance due to moisture absorption being significantly suppressed; and a method for producing said tablet. This tablet, which contains (A) a sugar alcohol that exhibits a strength of 80 N or more when measured by a tablet hardness meter after molding a mass of 350 mg at 12 kN (pestle diameter: 9.5 mmφ), and (B) a disintegrant, is characterized in that the content ratio of the (B) component in 100 mass% of the uncoated tablet is 10-40 mass%.
