Abstract:
This tactile sensor 1a comprises a plurality of electrodes 10, an electroconductive porous body 20, a conductor 30, and a measurement unit 50. The electroconductive porous body 20 is in contact with the plurality of electrodes 10. The electroconductive porous body 20 has different electroconductivity in a specific direction. The conductor 30 is disposed so as to be set apart from the electroconductive porous body 20 in the specific direction. The measurement unit 50 measures the state of contact of an object with the electroconductive porous body 20 and/or the conductor 30 on the basis of the electric potential of the plurality of electrodes 10. The electroconductive porous body 20 has a first end section 21 and a second end section 22. The first end section 21 is formed at one conductor 30-side end in the specific direction. The electroconductivity at the first end section 21 of the electroconductive porous body 20 is greater than the electroconductivity at the second end section 22 of the electroconductive porous body 20.
