Abstract:
This tactile sensor (10) for detecting a tactile sensation received from an object (A) comprises: a touching part (12) for forming a closed space between the touching part (12) and the surface of the object (A) by touching the object (A); and a vibration sensor (15) for detecting the vibration of air within the closed space. The touching part (12) comprises: a tubular base part (13) that has an open distal end and an inner diameter that increases from the proximal end to the distal end; and a distal end part (14) that is connected to the distal end of the base part (13) and is softer than the base part (13). The vibration sensor (15) is at least capable of detecting vibrations in the low-frequency range from 1-10 Hz and is disposed at the proximal end of the base part (13).
