Abstract:
A tail gas adsorption tower specially adapted for hydrogen fluoride, comprising a column (1), wherein the column (1) is fixedly mounted on a first fixing support (2) by means of bolts; ventilation nets (3) are provided at two ends of the column (1); filling blocks are provided inside the column (1) and are close to the two ventilation nets (3); a first drain (4) allowing for flow and collection of a liquid generated after hydrogen fluoride reacts with the filling blocks is formed at the bottom of the column (1); a blocking assembly used for blocking is provided on the first drain (4); a casing (12) is fixedly installed at the bottom of the first drain (4); a limiting plate (36) is provided inside the casing (12); a collecting box (37) used for collecting a hydrogen fluoride liquid is movably connected onto the limiting plate (36); a replacing mechanism used for driving and replacing the collecting box (37) is provided on the outer wall of the casing (12). The blocking assembly and the replacing mechanism can prevent leakage of internal gas during manual replacement of the collecting box (37), thereby improving the safety of replacing the collecting box (37).
