Abstract:
Provided are a tailings settlement test device and method. The tailings settlement test device comprises a rheometer body (1), a rotor (2), a test flask (3) and a sealing cover (4); the rotor (2) is connected to the rheometer body (1) so as to be rotated by the rheometer body (1); the test flask (3) has a first use state and a second use state. When the test flask (3) is in the first use state, the test flask (3) is closed by the sealing cover (4) or the test flask (3) is open; when the test flask (3) is in the second use state, the mouth of the test flask (3) is connected to the rheometer body (1), and the rotor (2) extends into the test flask (3) and is coaxially arranged with the test flask (3) so as to perform a rotation measurement in the test flask (3) containing tailings slurry. The tailings settlement test device allows testers to shake the tailings slurry to uniform by turning upside down for several times, so that the tailings slurry has better uniformity. In addition, said device has the advantages of high test data collection frequency, high precision, good test repeatability, etc.
