Abstract:
A tank body assembly apparatus and an assembly method. The assembly apparatus may comprise a first assembly unit and a second assembly unit arranged opposite to one another along a horizontal first direction. The first assembly unit comprises: a base (1); a trolley (2), the trolley (2) sliding operably on the base (1) along the horizontal first direction; and a tilting mechanism (3), one end of the tilting mechanism (3) being arranged on the trolley (2), and the other end of the tilting mechanism (3) being provided with a clamping jaw mechanism (4), the clamping jaw mechanism (4) being capable of making a tilting action on the vertical plane under the control of the tilting mechanism (4); an acting end of the clamping jaw mechanism (4) can operably grasp or release one end of a tank body; and the second assembly unit is used for fixing the other end of the tank body. The tank body assembly apparatus and assembly method can increase the efficiency of the entire tank body assembly.
