Abstract:
A tape dispenser structure having a fixing lever is disclosed. The tape dispenser structure having the fixing lever, according to the present invention, can comprise: a fixing part coming in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of a tape roll so as to fix the tape roll, in a tape dispenser for cutting tape while the tape is unwound by the rotation of the tape roll; a lever to which force is applied such that the fixing part is rotated and enabled to come in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tape roll; a rotating shaft connected to the lever and coming in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of the tape roll; an extended part for connecting the rotating shaft and the fixing part; and a contact member formed on the inner side of the tape roll so as to apply force to the tape roll in one direction, wherein the rotating shaft rotates in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the tape roll when the tape roll rotates, such that the lever and the extended part rotate at a predetermined distance in the same direction as the rotational direction of the rotating shaft, and thus the fixing part can move in the direction away from the outer peripheral surface of the tape roll.
