Abstract:
In the present invention, a cutting blade part (7), comprising a bottom blade (5) extending from an inner circumference side to an outer circumference side of an end mill body (1) and a tapered outer-circumference blade (6) that extends from the outer circumferential end of the bottom blade (5) towards a rear end side such that the outer diameter of the cutting blade becomes gradually larger in approaching the rear end, is provided on a tip part of the end mill body (1) that is rotated about an axis O, and a truncated-cone-shaped tapered neck part (8) of which the outer diameter becomes gradually larger in approaching the rear end is provided on the rear end side of the cutting blade part (7), and a cylindrical straight neck part (12) centered on the axis (O) is provided between the cutting blade part (7) and the tapered neck part (8).
