Title:
TARGET SUBSTANCE DETECTION METHOD, TARGET SUBSTANCE DETECTION KIT, AND TARGET SUBSTANCE DETECTION APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/187467
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Provided is a method for detecting a target substance using interaction via a low-reactive molecular species and using two types of microparticles as proximity probes. The target substance detection method contains: (A) a step of bringing a sample of biological origin into contact with an oxygen sensor to which a first molecule, which specifically binds to a target substance, is bonded; (B) a step of bringing the sample of biological origin into contact with a first solid-phase carrier bearing an oxygen-consuming enzyme and a second molecule that specifically binds to the target substance; and (C) a step of acquiring information coming from the oxygen sensor due to steps (A) and (B).
