Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem to be resolved of providing a technology for effectively managing staff and tasks in a large-scale facility such as an airport or a customs house. This system for managing tasks at an airport or customs house comprises a staff registration unit, a task registration unit, a schedule generation unit, and a determination unit, wherein: the staff registration unit receives registration of staff attributes of the staff; the task registration unit receives registration of required attributes required to execute tasks; the schedule generation unit receives a registration request of schedule information about the staff and the tasks; and the determination unit determines the success or failure of the registration request of the schedule information on the basis of the staff attributes and the required attributes of the tasks.
