In order to simply and smoothly perform a procedure operation by allowing a tattooing needle to repeat a forward and backward movement through power and, particularly, to improve the efficiency of the operation by selectively replacing tattooing ink of various colors, the present invention provides a tattooing device comprising: a body, which has a driving motor for generating a rotational force through supplied power, and a driving link configured so as to move linearly and reciprocatingly through the rotational force generated from the driving motor; and a needle unit, which has a tattooing needle advancing and retreating according to the linear and reciprocating movement of the driving link and configured so as to inject ink of a tip thereof into the body, and a needle body fixed such that the tattooing needle performs the linear reciprocating movement and coupled to the body, wherein the tattooing device further comprises an ink unit comprising: a "container" shaped ink cylinder body, which has a space in which ink is stored, has, on the tip thereof, a supply hole spatially connected to the space, and is attachable/detachable to/from the body; and a pressing piston provided in the space of the ink cylinder body and receiving linear movement pressure from the outside so as to press the ink to the supply hole.
