Abstract:
The invention relates to communication engineering, in particular to public taxophones (telephones-automates) which are placed mainly where it is possible to perform a direct and operative supervision thereof in such a way that the risk of damage or robbery is insignificant or practically excluded. The inventive taxophones comprises an electroacoustic transducer, an acoustoelectric transducer, a dial and in addition, it is provided with a printing device. Said taxophone makes it possible to receive information printed on a material carrier in addition to audio information and can be used for a specialised reference network.
